Alexandru Diaconu
Alexandru Diaconu was born in Romania and started his sports journey when he was just 4 years old in the world of Karate. After 14 years of practice, discipline, and patience, he obtained a black belt. Unfortunately, a knee injury prevented him from competing further.
He set his sights on bodybuilding and after 8 years of hard work he won the Arnold Classic in Ohio and many other championships and has not looked back.
Alex combines aspects of martial arts and bodybuilding to synergistically combine strength and functional training.
