PROGRAM DURATION: 4 WEEKS
WORKOUTS PER WEEK: 3-5
MINIMUM EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: DUMBBELLS
Meal plans will be provided based on your initial body statistics and your statistics as we progress.
With this program you will train for 4 weeks with your own ADF Trainer where you will focus on improving your skills. (STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, BALANCE, FOCUS, AGILITY) from your own home.
